Meanwhile, I just stare at the deleted tweet going "mmmmm, not bad".

according to my workmate they are Paul Francis and Levi Poulter, he's quite the fan of the latter apparently and doesn't recommend Google image searching the latter while at work.

at some point I did a cars.com search for Lotus's so now I get the adds popping up on the side of a lot of webpages. There are quite a few nice examples such as the one below to distract me from my work.

something about those photos doesn't look right. I may be the solid white flooring and backdrop but it looks like they're photographing a hot wheels car or model.

I would love to take one of those and "resto-mod" it with a supercharged Honda S2k motor. That would work quite nicely.

IT looks like a setup you would use to photograph a product (i'm seen bike helmet photo shoots for a catalog) the white background gives an unnatural lighting and makes the contours stand out more than you would normally see. Its good for showing off a product but it doesn't seem appropriate for this. I still love that green/yellow combo tho.

Good idea that. Just don't stance it. I saw an Esprit that had suffered from this phenomenon and I nearly ripped my eyes out in anguish.
